Basement Excavating Services

At Timm's Trucking & Excavating Inc, we understand the importance of proper basement layout and foundation digging. When you opt to work with us to perform basement-excavating services, you will receive:

Demolition Services

At Timm's Trucking & Excavating Inc, we provide all aspects of excavating services, which at times includes demolition. Our highly trained crew is capable of safely and successfully completing a variety of demolition-related services. Aside from tearing down the structure, we also complete the necessary paperwork with the MPCA, ensuring that the demolition job is performed by “the book.”

Driveway and Road Building

Working with your local government – county, state, or township – Timm's Trucking & Excavating Inc assists you in determining the driveway and road-building requirements within your area. This is especially important if you plan to build a road that you want the township to maintain after completion. Aside from working with your local government offices, we also provide the following services:

• Suitable location planning – We help determine the best location to utilize existing grades
• Money-saving techniques – By using material borrowed from the building site for the base we can decrease costs (especially true on larger driveways)
• Material salvaging – Strip and save topsoil
• Material supply and delivery – provide gravel or rock to top dress your driveway
• Drainage installation – Provide and install culverts
• Ditch grading – Place and grade topsoil in / on ditches
• Driveway grading – Grade your existing driveway, adding rock or gravel when necessary to bring the driveway up to grade

Landscaping Excavation

We have an excellent reputation for our final grade work, such as leveling topsoil for seedbeds or sod installation. While we don’t build retaining walls, we do have the right equipment needed to prepare your project and get it off to a level start.

You can order topsoil and level it by hand, but in the end, you may find yourself paying the chiropractor when your leveling job is finished. In most cases, it is quicker and more cost-effective to have us complete the job for you.

Mini Excavation Work

All jobs within the excavation umbrella require a certain level of planning; however, at times there are jobs that also require skill and careful execution. Such is the case when digging next to existing foundations. At Timm's Trucking & Excavating Inc, we are able to complete these more difficult jobs by utilizing our mini excavator, allowing us to get close to structures. These jobs include:
