Dan Timm is Vice president of Timm's Trucking. Danny grew up in the business and always loved working on, and driving, trucks. He has a love of trucks. Dan went to vo-tech school and received a diploma for diesel machanics. His duties include dispatching and shop foreman. Dan has a lot of experience in the gravel and aggregate industry. He can recommend the right product for the job and help determine the quantity needed. Dan takes a lot of pride in the truck fleet. He keeps the trucks and equipment in tip top shape (he likes chrome). People frequently comment on how clean and sharp our trucks and equipment look, because of Dan.

Randy Timm is President of Timm's Trucking. He grew up running equipment and has a love of heavy equipment. Randy has a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in construction management. He plans and manages the daily operations. He does the estimating and scheduling of the excavation work. Randy also, when given the chance, is on the job overseeing the project or running some of the equipment, himself. Randy is good about communicating with customers. If we get behind on a job, because of weather, or other factors, he's quick to let the customer know. He strives to be prompt when it comes to looking at jobs and gets an estimate completed in a timely manner.

Vicky Timm is our office manager. She is married to Randy Timm. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Vicky has been working at Timm’s since 2000. She oversees all the office details and helps with the dispatching. She enjoys working with our customers. If you have questions about your account, she’ll have the answers.

John Timm has played a large part in building our excavating services. He is our main heavy equipment operator. John is Howard Timm's nephew. He's been working for Timm's Trucking for 34 years, since 1969. John has a gift for seeing the grade. Over the years, he has developed an excellent rapport with our customers. John takes a lot of pride in his work, and doesn’t leave a job until it's done right. John works with our other operators as a mentor. He is an excellent teacher, and, with his eye for perfection, he's helped to train our other operators to meet his expectations.

Brian Ferch is going on his 18th year with us. He started in 1985. He drives a triaxle dump truck & pulls a pup a lot of the time. Brian really knows the territory. He does a lot of our Township hauling and with his knowledge of the area, he's great at finding customer's jobs and locations. He has been an excellent role model for our other drivers, and, he keeps his truck maintained meticulously.
